I helped MYOB Acumatica show its human side, turning enterprise struggles into stories of progress with “Pain into Possibility.” I also helped give “What’s New, What’s Next” and “Discover Online” a fresher feel, making updates and webinars feel less like homework and more like genuine discovery.
MYOB Master Brand
For the MYOB master brand, I refined the tone of voice across every vertical and brought it to life through retail, digital, and social assets. I also worked on “We All Agree on MYOB,” shaping mid- and bottom-funnel messaging for social and digital while exploring bold OOH executions.
For Solo by MYOB, I helped bring the brand’s feisty sidekick voice to life across every touchpoint, from OOH, digital/UX, social, retail, event, and eDM journeys. From bold lines to playful campaign hooks and customer offers, I crafted copy that spoke directly to sole operators and founders with energy, humour and clarity, resulting a cohesive, personality-driven rollout that made admin feel lighter, brighter, and a little more fun.
